Born in Houston, Christine Quynh Nguyen began her life on the ice. She skated competitively for 15 years and is a Senior Gold Medalist and Bronze Dance Medalist. She trained at the Healthsouth Training Center under Olympic Hall of Fame Coach Frank Carroll and Ken Congemi. She has an extensive background in dance. She currently resides in Los Angeles.
